Shipping & Returns Policy

We accept return order made within 30 days of the purchase, given the following conditions apply:

 

  1. Product must be unused with the original packaging

  2. For Jewelries, the label tag must not be damaged. Due to hygiene reason, earrings, piercings, scarves, and hats, can not be refunded.

  3. Product must be returned with shipping prepaid (if applicable)

  4. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase

 

Refunds (if applicable)

If you need to return an order, send us an email at customerservice@bonflare.com and we will advice where and how to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification if refund is approved or rejected based on the conditions as described above. If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of email notification.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can not be refunded.

Adjusted Price Items (if applicable)

www.bonflare.com gladly honors a one-time sale price adjustment on full-priced merchandise within five days of the retail purchase. Sale price adjustment does not include limited-time promotions, including discount code and gift with purchase offers. To obtain a price adjustment, please send us an email to customerservice@bonflare.com within the five day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the five day window, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. Items purchased with gift cards are eligible for price adjustments.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@bonflare.com and we will advice where and how to return your items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

 

www.bonflare.com has partnered with Canada Post to provide fast and reliable shipping services to Canadian addresses. When items are in stock, we usually ship them out in the next 2-3 business days. Once a shipment is picked up by Canada Post us, it will arrive at its destination (given no delay from Canada Post) according to this schedule:

Ontario: 2-3 business days
Quebec/Manitoba: 3-4 business days
Saskatchewan/Nova Scotia/New Brunswick: 4-5 business days
Alberta/British Columbia/PEI/Newfoundland: 5-7 business days
The rest of Canada: 8-15 business days

USA: 8-20 business days

International: 15-30 business days
